Terms and conditions
Making an online reservation is easy. After we have contacted via email and you have decided to book a tour with us, we need a copy of your flight ticket and / or a copy of your identity card / passport. As soon as we have received the copies, we will confirm your booking.

Deposits and payment policy
A deposit of (minimum) 50% of the total amount is required upon our confirmation, we need a deposit to book the hotels for your trip. Besides, we require a full payment before your departure. The fees that you have to pay for a bank transfer are on your account.

Confirm you payment to us via email or fax (+62 253 801 075). After we have received your payment, we will send you the final itinerary by email or fax.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel, you will pay 10% of the deposit you made. We CAN NOT REFUND your deposit. That is because we use your deposit to arrange transportation, hotels and air tickets.
Refund of unused services
You cannot ask for a refund if you are not able to do the tour according to the itenerary. No refunds or exchanges can be made for accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services that are included in the tour.
Liability
Helios Transport service is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Changing airline schedules and local conditions may affect the itinerary. If this happens, we provide an adjusted itenerary.
Passport and visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the date of entry in Indonesia. It is a valid passport and visa and all travel documents needed to travel in Indonesia.
Travel insurance
A travel insurance is not included. It is the passengers’ responsibility to verify whether his / her local insurance company provides coverage while traveling.
